Withdrawals

Full refund if you withdraw before the registration close date, which is seven days before the event.

After the close date, entry fees are non-refundable. If we can fill your spot from the waitlist, we will refund you in full.

If weather cancels games

We will make every reasonable effort to complete the event, including shortening games, adjusting the bracket format, and using the full permitted window at the park.

If the event is shortened by weather:

Games your team played    Refund
0    Full refund, or full credit toward a future MASC event
1    50% refund, or full credit toward a future MASC event
2    25% refund, or 50% credit
3 or more    No refund. The three-game guarantee has been met.

 

Credit is worth more than the refund at every level and does not expire within twelve months.

If MASC cancels the event

If we cancel before the event begins for any reason, every team receives a full refund.

Field conditions

Cosca Regional Park is a county facility. If the county closes the fields, the event cannot proceed regardless of the forecast. The refund table above applies.

How decisions are communicated

Weather decisions are posted on this site and sent by email and text to the coach listed on the entry. We will not decide by rumor in the parking lot. If you have not heard from us, the schedule stands.

Softball Nation membership

Softball Nation team membership is paid to Softball Nation and is not refundable by MASC under any circumstance.
